We started this business primarily to allow flexibility when our daughter started school. A full-time glazier for more than 15 years, Aaron wanted to introduce more variation to his day. Odd Job Hod has ticked both of those boxes.We’re proud to be a small, family‑run home‑handyman business. We’re excited to introduce a new service designed specifically for homeowners with a growing list of small jobs that never quite get done…

The Home Handyman Hit List

If you’ve got a collection of odd jobs around the house — the kind that are too small to organise individual quotes for — this service is for you.

Here’s how it works:
✔ You create your “Hit List” of jobs
✔ We come for a 2-hour session
✔ We work through your list in priority order
✔ You pay one flat rate

2 hours for $150

No quoting every small task.
No multiple call-out fees.

Just focused, efficient progress on the jobs that matter most to you.

This is perfect for things like:
Fixing door handles
Patching small wall holes
Hanging shelves
Adjusting gates
Replacing silicone
Installing fixtures
All those “while you’re here…” jobs

We recommend making your list longer than 2 hours’ worth of work and prioritising it — we’ll start at the top and work our way down.

Home Handyman Hit List T's & C's:
Customer responsible for writing task list prior to booking.
List to be in order of customers preferred priority.
We endeavor to complete as many tasks as possible in two hours.
Set price of $150 for duration of promotion period, March-April 2026.
This cost excludes any materials required.
Additional costs will be charged for materials or waste removal.
Additional cost for travel outside of Blenheim / Renwick area.
We reserve the right to decline any jobs on the list that are outside of our scope of work.
We may request your booking time or date to be changed.
If you cancel within 24 hours you will be charged 50% of the booking cost.
We reserve the right to update our terms and conditions at any time.
